Andy was great! We took a tour of my home. He sat down and showed me his plan on how he was going to properly market my home. He showed me how to stage me home and then brought in a professional photographer. Each time I called he made the time to answered all my questions. My home was on the market for a year prior to listing with Andy. Within 24 hours of the listing, my home sold and for more than what I hoped for. I would highly recommend Andy Boyd for both your selling and buying needs. He was extremely professional, and I always felt like a priority. When looking at houses to buy, he was very thorough, pointing out both the good and bad in each home.
